This document is the official public offer of Sinax. Submitting a request on the site constitutes agreement with the terms below.
1. Subject
The Company provides sales and installation of blinds, mosquito nets, shower cabins, and plastic window repair services. Final pricing and timing are agreed after a free measurement.
2. Order process
The client submits a request via the site or by phone. A specialist contacts the client within 24 hours and schedules a free measurement.
3. Pricing and payment
Final pricing is set after measurement and material selection. Payment is made by cash or bank transfer.
4. Warranty
Installation work is covered by up to a 12-month warranty. Warranty terms depend on the service type and material.
5. Cancellation
The client may cancel the order before work begins. If materials have already been ordered, their cost is non-refundable.
